Ten years after its cinematic release, we revisit the powerful story of Ngāi Tūhoe as they undertake the design and construction of a building that will enhance the connection between their people and their land.

The result is an architectural gem of a community centre that utilises radically sustainable methods. Tradition and environmentalism are brought together, and the film gives us a stirring depiction of Indigenous pride.
